Answers to FAQ's

Bounce Houses are available on weekends, weather permitting.  If you require a midweek rental, please call us to discuss this special circumstance.  Should there be a rain/snow or wind day on your scheduled service, we will provide as much advance notice of cancellation as possible and re-schedule you for a later date.  If you need to cancel the reservation for any other reason, we require a 24 hour advance notice.

All bounce houses must be released by liability waiver prior to use.  This waiver also acts as our contract between Jump For Joy Lake Tahoe and our customers.  We are not permitted to leave a unit with you until this waiver is signed.

Adult supervision is required at all times while children are in the bounce house.
